New Balance Drop Six Fresh 2002R Colourways
Cult 2010 running silhouette, the 2002R, has received a noteworthy revival this year. It has participated in a high-profile collaboration with , and received an epic makeover at the hands of . Continuing for the revered shoe, New Balance have decided to drop not one, but six general release colourways!
If you took a major L on the previous releases of the 2002R, then we’re sure that you’ll be able to redeem yourself with one of these bad boys.
They’ll be arriving in Marblehead/Light Aluminium, Pigment/Light Aluminium, Bone/Light Aluminium, Defense Green/Natural Indigo, Camo Green/Nettle Green and Petro/Exuberant Pink. Standalone, they’re all absolutely heater combos, but we’re sure that the tonal joints will be the ones to sell out the quickest.
All six pairs feature the regular 2002R tooling, boasting the classic ‘N’ branding along both sides with the shoe’s name scripted along the lateral heel. 3M reflective detailing has been placed on a few of the pairs, which is a nice touch. Down below, we’ve got an ABZORB cushioned midsole and heel with extra shock absorption via the N-ERGY outsole.
