Nicole McLaughlin Has Another Vans Colab

Over the past decade, has set the bar high when it comes to DIY projects, crafting a bevy of interesting creations and custom sneakers. She’s also legitimised her operations, engaging in collaborations with the likes of and and the latter brand has just announced that McLaughlin is back on their roster for 2025, crafting a collection that highlights the iconic .

‘It’s key to have elements of functionality, mixed with a sense of conceptual art and style,’ said Nicole McLaughlin in a press release. ‘Creating pieces that can be multi-purpose, but also fun has always been my goal. I was inspired by vintage hiking packs from the ‘70s and the aesthetic of outdoor gear from that era for the collection.’

Nicole McLaughlin’s Vans Slip-On RS has a heavy focus on functionality and nature. The design comes correct with uppers made from 40 per cent recycled canvas and waterproofed, cargo pockets across the top and outsoles that boast a rugged build for traction.

‘I love DIY culture and designs people can interact with and further customize themselves,’ said McLaughlin. ‘I encourage people to make the pieces their own and I’m excited to see how they will be personalized!’

Nicole McLaughlin’s Vans Slip-On RS collection will launch on February 26 via the designer’s channels and then February 27 through Vans.
