Safety Orange Comes to the Nike Air Max 1

Safety Orange has been a mainstay hue for the Swoosh, making its way onto various silhouettes, such as the Nike Air Max 95 and Air Max Plus respectively. Now, the Nike Air Max 1 gets into the mix with the bright hue and is set to drop later this year.

The Air Max 1 is dressed in the OG colour blocking, using white mesh on the base and grey suede used on the quarter panel and heel counter overlays. 'Safety Orange' accents the sneaker on the suede mudguard and Swoosh, as well as on the Nike branding on the tongue tag and heel. The white midsole opts for the smaller Air Max unit in the heel with black, white and ‘Safety Orange' seen on the rubber outsole.

The Nike Air Max 1 ‘Safety Orange’ is expected to arrive on October 26, 2023 in women’s sizing via Nike’s channels and at select retailers for $140.
