The Dark Sneaker Rises with Nike’s Air Max 95 ‘Batman'

are keeping the Big Bubble treatment alive and kicking, and this time, it’s all about Gotham's very own Caped Crusader. Following a string of Batman-themed releases on the and , the upcoming is ready to save the day once again.
While the Dark Knight himself may not be an official Swoosh athlete, the rogue vigilante's influence certainly runs deep. Nike legend Tinker Hatfield designed Michael Keaton's custom made for Tim Burton's Batman (1989), as well as the follow-up custom Air Jordan 6s worn in Batman's Return (1992). The former pair hit the auction block in 2022 for between $20,000 and $30,000, but thankfully, these AM95s won’t set anyone back 30 grand.
Made with exaggerated air cushions and tri-coloured build, the 'Batman' is decked out in sleek black and grey tones, with a dark midsole that contrasts against vibrant yellow bubbles. The yellow accents extend to the Nike Swoosh logos and tongue label, while a reflective grey band at the heel adds a touch of stealth to the overall look.
While specific details of the design are still under wraps, early buzz suggests the edition remains in keeping with previous Big Bubble releases. Like past drops, it features a retro-style construction and standout detailing: a natural fit for the shadowy stride of the Bat.
There's no official word of the Air Max 95 'Batman' yet, so keep it locked to Sneaker Freaker for updates.
