Unleash the Elements: The Nike Air Max 95 ‘Erosion’

A permanent fixture in every sneakerhead’s collection, the Sergio Lozano’s anatomical continues to get reimagined by shoe customisers and collaborators across the globe. Recently getting another iteration with the hottest brand on the planet the Air Max 95 has also been rumoured to have an in-house colab with in the works.

The latest edition revolves heavily around themes of degradation. Dubbed the Nike Air Max 95 ‘Erosion’, the colourway utilises Lozano’s classic panelling to heighten the effect of natural erosion. On the lateral sides of the AM95, it looks like the Swoosh are keeping things somewhat conservative, with the model adopting a classic lavender gradient. On the medial sides, however, the AM95 adopts a striking earthy composition that really emphasises the environmental themes of the edition. On the insoles and packaging, the motifs of the colourway are made clear: ‘The Nike Air Max 95 as if unearthed by the process of erosion.’

With the Nike Air Max 95 set to celebrate its dirty 30 next year, we’re expecting plenty more releases from the Beaverton brand over the coming months.
