Two Nike Air Max 95 OGs Are Rumoured to Return in Big Bubble Form

If you couldn’t already tell by the sheer amount of heaters rumoured to land in 2025, it’s the 30th anniversary and are celebrating like never before. The highlight of the year is the , which has been confirmed to return this year in Big Bubble form and looking truer to its 1995 ancestors. There’s also the rework, which was a wild surprise, and rumours of an collaboration. Now though, it seems more OGs will join Nike’s Big Bubble regime, with rumours emerging that Team Swoosh have recruited the cult classic ‘Solar Red’ and ‘Crystal Blue’ for rerelease in 2025.

Both the ‘Solar Red’ and ‘Crystal Blue’ are OG colourways that helped debut the Air Max 95 to the world 30 years ago and feature the classic colour blocking. Both share the same construction as the other original iterations, with grey suede uppers utilising the signature gradient and coloured hits in the Air unit, lateral Swoosh and eyestays. It’s been a hot minute since either of these colourways have graced the shelves of sneaker stores, with the last release being 2018 for both.
