Nike Air Max 97 Europe Retro (La Silver)
UPDATE: Some of these 'LA Silver' reissues have already released, but you haven't missed out just yet. Swiss retailer Titolo have been advertising another release on Instagram for a moment, and have announced that they will be stocking the retro from December 14. They've stated that their brick and mortar store will be assigned stock first, which hopefully means that some pairs will make their way to Titolo's in the following hours. Whatever the case, your best bet is to lurk online on release day and try your luck.
UPDATE: The first official flicks of the upcoming Euro drop have bobbed to the surface of the wavy world of sneakers and we're happy to see them. As with all retro releases that we hold close to heart, the Nike Air Max 97 'Silver Bullet' has a few little inconsistencies with the original model, but all together we're just happy to have another shot at the speedy silver sneaker.
The ‘Silver Bullet’ has been a cult classic all around the world, but its roots in Italy has cemented its iconic status with locals. In cities like Rome, Milan and Naples, the shoe was popping off across multiple subcultures since day dot and has maintained a dedicated following ever since. After the small scale retro that went down recently, the fine folks off the Apennine Peninsula are getting a head start on the next 97 retro – leading into the 20th anniversary of the metallic .
The Nike Air Max 97 ‘La Silver’ will land in Italy on December 2 and then spread across Western Europe on December 14. Time to start making calls.
