will take just about every opportunity to celebrate their heritage, so with the 20th anniversary of the coming up we all knew the ‘Silver Bullet’ was coming. What we didn’t anticipate was an early drop exclusive to Italy. When it first dropped, the extended air unit was hugely popular in Italy, so Nike is thanking the region for their support with first dibs. It isn’t the exact retro, with the pull tabs on the tongue and heel having been striped with the colours of the Italian flag, which we think gives the new version a nice point of difference.
