Last year’s December revealed that is returning in 2025. Up first is the original colourway. Similar to the revival of the last year, it appears Nike has additional colourways in the pipeline. The new ‘Laser Orange’ colourway is the first to surface. Debuting in 2001, the Nike Air Max Craze embodies the maximalist design language of that era. Its style fits with the Y2K wave, which continues to be popular amongst sneakerheads and fashionistas.

The bold ‘Laser Orange’ colourway compliments the sneaker’s eye-catching design. The Air Max Craze is almost a technical mule clog. Save for the heel strap in the back, it is seemingly a slip-on shoe. Its nylon ripstop upper is accompanied by a zipper lace cover, much like the SNDR. The upcoming ‘Laser Orange’ colourway is dressed primarily in the colour from which the shoe gets its name. It also features ‘University Blue’ hits throughout, most evident on the scuff graphic. Black also appears throughout the shoe’s geometrical lines and is accented by the white midsole. Its uniquely patterned outsole also features the same Black/University Blue hits.

The Air Max Craze ‘Laser Orange’ will be released exclusively in women’s sizing. Retail is set at $170. While no firm release date has been announced the sneakers are expected to drop early this year.
