With the debut black and metallic silver hitting shelves over the weekend, are already gearing up to drop the next look, this time in a stealthy triple black.

The new women’s Air Max model made its to the world in style when Jordan Chiles, Olympic gymnast, took the mound at the New York Met’s game against the Cincinnati Reds for the ceremonial first pitch. The big-bubbled beast fits right into the Y2K aesthetic that’s held a firm grip over the streets in the past few years, with a mesh base complemented with shiny overlays. While the new murdered-out rendition is obviously monochrome, there’s no lack of excitement, with the differing materials providing plenty of texture and contrast. There is still a hint of silver though, coming through on the Nike pin on the tongue and heel, as well as on the Air Max text on the insole.

A release date for the Nike Air Max Muse ‘Triple black’ hasn’t been confirmed yet, but it’s expected to drop in the first half of this year.
