The Air Max Sunder Gets a GORE-TEX Upgrade

The return might be one of the most welcome retro drops of recent times, and its rollout is about to get a lot more practical with the addition of two iterations. While a slew of colourways have already been prepped for the end of 2024, the bad weather-ready versions are expected to arrive early next year, with official images confirming the release.

As it stands, two GORE-TEX versions of the Air Max model will be touching down. First up is a Deadpool-esqe black and red version that exudes 90s vibes, with a ‘Hyper Crimson’ hue saturating the GORE-TEX-infused ripstop uppers. The second pair takes after that initial CDG reboot, as the murdered-out construction makes the Sunder one stealthy stepper. Both pairs feature black accents and zipped closures; however, this time the inner laces have been removed for a slip-on fit.

There’s no set date for the GORE-TEX Air Max Sunders' arrival, but the pairs were featured in the SNKRS showcase earlier this year. Stay tuned for more info as it comes in or check out the recent version if you’d rather not wait.
