Nike Deconstruct the Air Force 1 in 'Ghost Aqua'
Here at the SF office, we’ll admit to enjoying a certain amount of ‘deconstruction’ every now and then. A deconstructed steak sandwich? Good. Really, it’s just a steak with salad and bread, right? Deconstructed coffee? Bad. We could have made that at home and paid $10 less. Deconstructed avocado and toast? Also, bad. We didn’t come to a café to cook our own breakfast. However, a deconstructed ? Yes. A million times yes.

have taken their revered Air Force 1 silhouette and modernised it by minimalising it. The upper has been re-imagined using a soft suede with a smooth leather lining on its reverse. The side Swooshes have been embossed rather than stitched, and each panel on the sneaker has been visibly leather-welded together.
So, while we don’t enjoy all things deconstructed, we can’t argue with it when it looks this good.
