Release Date: Nike Dunk Low ‘Valerian Blue’

The Dunk don’t sleep! The 1980s college hooper continues to score effortless buckets in the 21st century, the Nike Dunk tapped by everyone from Los Angeles' Union to Hong Kong's CLOT this year.

Release calendars are once again loaded with Nike Dunks and its SB counterparts for the remainder of 2022, with headliners including the reported release of the mythical eBay model and collaboration with Californian artist Neckface.

While these partnerships continue to fuel the cultural Dunk renaissance, Nike continue to deliver solid in-line colourways to satisfy sneakerhead’s appetites, the latest ‘Valerian Blue’ iteration paying homage to its college roots.

Unofficially dubbed the ‘USA’ colourway, the patriotic palette includes a mix of red, white, and its titular ‘Valerian Blue’. Originally expected to arrive in March, the model was no doubt impacted by manufacturing delays that have been felt across the entire industry.

The Nike Dunk Low ‘Valerian Blue’ will be available from Nike and select retailers on June 29.
