Nike Gives the Air Max 270 a Mercurial Makeover

Nike’s has caught of a bout of football fever! Introducing the Mercurial Heritage pack, celebrating 20 years of .

With the Russia 2018 World Cup just around the corner, NIKEiD are bringing back classic Mercurial designs from World Cups of the past, allowing you to apply to them new Air Max 270. Ronaldo’s famed blue/silver R9 Mercurial from France 98 will feature alongside familiar designs from the 2002, 2006, 2010, and 2014 World Cups.

You can also expect all the 270 trimmings such as zoned mesh upper, moulded dual-density foam, and trademark oversized heel Air Max unit.

You’ll also be able to take the throwback Mercurial steez to the pitch, with Nike dropping the new football boots in the five World Cup colourways.

The new NIKEiD Air Max 270 ‘Mercurial Heritage’ options are not yet available, but you can expect a launch sometime in May/June coinciding with Russia 2018.
