Nike Apply ‘DIY Flare’ to the Air Max 97 and Air Max 90

Nike have continued on the do-it-yourself trend, revealing a specialised Air Max 97 and Air Max 90. From afar, these may look like a normal Air Max, dressed in Football Grey/Cerulean, and featuring a crimson strip, but look closely and you’ll see they both feature mudguards that rub away after wear, revealing more crimson underneath. Following on with the sneaker DIY phenomenon, Nike also suggest using acetone on the top layer to get your desired look.
