Nike Introduce the Zippered Air Huarache

have followed the success of the by giving another sock-fit Swoosh classic a zippy makeover. The OG is due to hit stores in an impossible-to-miss 'Orange Blaze.' Zips run behind the conventional lacing system all the way from the toe box to the tip of the tongue; each zip comes equipped with heavily branded pull tags while the classic Huarache logo can be found behind the split-tongue zipper system.

Other interesting features on this 'Orange Blaze' make-up include ribbed toes and the word 'CHI' on the heel strap in place of the conventional 'AIR' branding. The word 'CHI' carries over on to the lace tips, which are printed with 'CHI' and 'RUN'. Coupled with the colour scheme, it seems likely this pair may be a tribute to the Chicago Bears, though Nike haven't yet commented on any connection.

The pair is also said to come packaged with an enamel pin with the original Air Huarache marketing slogan, 'Have You Hugged Your Foot Today?'

The Nike Air Huarache 'Orange Blaze/Midnight-White' will release on November 18 through select Nike stockists.
