Nike Revive the OG Pantheon With Surprise 2017 Redesign
have revived the OG Pantheon with a surprise redesign dubbed the Pantheos. The model's upper closely resembles the original with the exception of a slightly larger, more rounded Swoosh and minimally altered panelling – most notably at the heel. A mishmash of overlays survive largely unscathed. The major change is found on the lower half of the shoe with a midsole that is entirely different to the original – hopefully with some improved tech for greater cushioning.
Introduced as an 'entry-level' runner in 1993, the Pantheon was a low-cost alternative to the likes of Nike's flagship Air Max models at the the time, forgoing pricey visible Air for EVA sole units – which remain wearable to this day!

The Pantheos will debut in four colourways – one of which channels early 90s style cues. We previously saw the Pantheon return in 2012 in the form of the .
The Nike Pantheos is available right now from select Nike Sportswear stockists.
