The Nike Shox Ride 2 Gets its First Proper Retro Run-Out

All eyes have been on the Swoosh’s this year, but the Swoosh has been quietly reviving some seriously good silhouettes too. In a similar vein to the comeback, are channelling noughties nostalgia as they continue to reinstate the family, with the Nike Shox Ride 2 the next in line for a return.

Last unearthed in a in 2022, the Shox Ride 2 originally formed part of the Swoosh’s Alpha Project. Now, in 2024, the silhouette hits the Beaverton-based brand’s mainline offering for the first time. Initially arriving in an easy-to-wear ‘Light Bone/Turf Orange’ colourway, the 2024 Shox Ride 2 is prepped to find its place among other Y2K runners of its ilk. While Nike haven’t yet confirmed the specs, it appears to feature the model’s original shortened Shox columns and also boasts the visible Air unit at the forefoot.
