Official Images: The UNDERCOVER x Nike OverBreak in Black

Jun Takahashi’s all-conquering UNDERCOVER label continue to expand their extensive collaborations with Nike, the Japanese brand preparing to launch two colourways of the Nike Overbreak this month.

After already spying pics of the ‘Sail’ rendition, we’ve now received official images of the debut ‘Black’ colourway, the monochrome rendition allowing all the idiosyncratic DNA of the Overbreak to shine through.

Built with mesh and suede, the Overbreak features eye-catching metallic Swooshes and UNDERCOVER’s signature embroidered rose, the same red rose seen on Takahashi’s Gyakusou running line and UNDERCOVER’s Spring/Summer 2021 lineup.

Underneath, the Overbreak sits atop Nike’s signature chunky midsole, while UNDERCOVER’s ubiquitous ‘CHAOS’ and ‘BALANCE’ slogan hits the toes. Co-branding on the tongues and insoles completes the design.

Look for the UNDERCOVER x Nike Overbreak ‘Black’ to release in Europe on February 19. Expect a Stateside release to follow-up shortly after.
