Official Pics: Emotionally Unavailable x Nike Air Force 1 High
The brainchild of Edison Chen, and former designer KB Lee, LA-based label Emotionally Unavailable looks to apply its maximalist flavour to the classic .
This is not the AF-1 you’ve grown up with — the traditional tongue has been reconstructed and replaced with a zipper enclosure, while a co-branded tag pops through at the top. An intersecting strap along the ankle adds to the utilitarian vibes, and carries even more branding for the flex.
For the upper, bright red acts as a base for a white-outlined Swoosh filled with fluffy pink felt material, while a simple Sail midsole joins a red outsole down below.
The Emotionally Unavailable x Nike Air Force 1 High hits select retailers in limited numbers on February 8.
