Official Reveal: Nike Dunk Low Disrupt Makes a Bold Statement

Nike breathe some life into the Dunk Low, unveiling the mind-bending Disrupt model as part of their latest women’s lineup. The build expands on the 'wide-open creative canvas’ that is the iconic Dunk, drawing on past renditions to inform a fresh new take.

Inspired by women’s-specific Dunks, including the Dunk Sky Hi and sacai Dunk Lux, the Dunk Low Disrupt breaks a lot of ‘rules’, embracing a non-conformist approach for one of the quirkiest models of 2020. The exaggerated tooling harks back to mid-80s basketball, most notably the Nike Air Train, with tweaked overlays, floating pieces, and an exposed foam tongue the highlights. A quartet of minimalist colourways will headline the silhouette’s debut, with each scheme accentuating the platform stance and slimmed-down shape.
