P.E Nation Team Up With ASICS For GEL-1130 Collaboration

Australian athleisure brand P.E Nation have teamed up with ASICS for a new collaboration! Globally renowned for their athletics-meets-streetwear apparel and accessories, this colab marries P.E's aesthetic with the ASICS Sportstyle ethos.

The co-created collection features two pairs of the GEL-1130, one of ASICS' most popular archival models of the moment. First up is the cream colourway, bolstered by hits of fluoro pink and lime across the midsoles, with the laces to match. Bringing an extra element of GORP-inspired technicality are the rivets which assist in fastening the hiking-esque criss-cross laces – bringing a similar vibe reminiscent of the recent Andersson Bell x ASICS collaboration. The second pair is more tonal, boasting a cream and black colourway. P.E Nation branding strikes the toebox and insoles.

P.E. Nation have stated via press release, 'For us, this collaboration fits back with the P.E Nation ethos: a technical activewear brand built for the streets. It highlights the synergy between ASICS and P.E, too, in terms of aesthetic approach and sharp focus on sustainability. The end result a 360-package of function, form, and future sensibility.'

Both GEL-1130s have seen an initial release via the P.E Nation web store, however another drop for the fluoro pair is due to land on ASICS AU on August 9.
