PaperGirl is the sister brand of iconic run by James Dridi and partner Jeanne Gutierez, which is aimed towards making specialised women’s-geared product. PaperGirl and Vans have tapped into both their shared visions to create a two-pack made up of an and . The latter is the highlight of the collection and hosts a very on-brand polka dot print with added PaperGirl branding on the rear. This particular pair comes with multiple sets of laces, but for the toddler’s version, it’s kitted with double hook-and-loop closures. The Authentic comes in a white build, inspired by the sneakers worn on the PaperGirl logo. Added flourishes come to this pair on the branded outsole and insole, also with extra sets of laces.
Vans and PaperGirl will host an activation on July 20 at PaperBoy’s Parisian cafe to launch their two-pack Vans collaboration. A wider release will also occur on July 23 through Vans’ online channel.
