Patta and Vans Vault Revisit The ‘Mean Eyed Cat’ with New Sk8-His and Old Skools

Amsterdam-based Patta dive back into the Vans Vault, revisiting the duo’s past ‘Mean Eyed Cat’ packs to deliver new takes on the iconic Sk8-Hi and Old Skool. A diverse range of colourways makes up the latest collaborative collection, each blessed with bold Patta and Vans iconography to show off exactly who you’re runnin’ with.

Executed in true Patta fashion, the pack sees the boutique’s signature script logo appearing across the uppers, which arrive in black, white, ‘Frost Grey’, ‘High Risk Red’, ‘Silver Pink’, ‘Salute’, and ‘Almond Buff’, respectively. Like the past projects, each midsole is decorated with large ‘Mean Eyed Cats’ text, while custom Patta laces add to the branded hits. Originally releasing as a token of appreciation to Patta’s connection with Japanese label BEAMS, the first ‘Mean Eyed Cat’ drop debuted in 2015, with a follow-up collection in 2017.

Dropping alongside three graphic t-shirts and a collaborative pair of socks, the Patta x Vans Vault ‘Mean Eyed Cat’ Sk8-His and Old Skools will be available online and from Patta London, Patta Milano, and Patta Amsterdam from July 9. Select retailers worldwide will be allocated pairs on July 15.
