PUMA Basketball Unveils the Clyde Hardwood in NYC

After making before the start of the last NBA season, keeps on ballin’ with the launch of the new Clyde Hardwood ahead of Season 19/20.

Unveiled at a special event in NYC featuring Knicks players past and present (including legend Walt Clyde Frazier, and current players RJ Barrett and Kevin Knox), the model will debut in three super-clean colourways.

Inspired by the OG PUMA Clyde worn by Frazier in the 70s, the Clyde Hardwood opts for a lower profile than last year’s . Tumbled leather and hairy suede around the rear and heel bring a classic vibe, while the introduction of a new cushioning innovation called PROFOAM is also slated to be part of the sole.

More specs on the PUMA Clyde Hardwood should surface in the coming weeks, ahead of a release on October 18 at select retailers and PUMA. RRP will be $120.
