PUMA's Made-in-Italy Pack Merges German Quality with Italian Craftsmanship
roots may be in Germany, but they’re heading south to make la bella figura with their latest Made-in-Italy collection. Split across three distinct releases, the five piece takes legacy Big Cat models and gives them the loving kiss of an Italian nonna. The , , , , and all get treated to colours and premium executions that transport them from their respective courts and tracks straight to the historic and delicious streets of Naples.
In the first chapter of PUMA’s Italian soggiorno, the GV Special and Suede are washed with ‘Opal Blue’ reminiscent of pristine Mediterranean waters while the Clyde is splashed with a red as rich as pizza sauce. The second installation heroes the Easy Rider and Indoor, keeping the striking red for the former while introducing a creamy iteration of the latter. The grand finale features a crispy white GV with a black Formstrip, while the Clyde swaps out the black for that delicious dark red. When lined up altogether, the models paint an evocative picture of daily Italian style and way of life, with each of the releases speaking to the harmony between Italy's sartorial legacy and PUMA's rich heritage.
Crafted in Italy, all the models employ luxe materials and unparalleled attention to detail, so there is no compromise between comfort and style. The plush GV sole, soft upper of the Suede and famous Federbein sole of the Easy Rider are ready to propel you through the streets of Italy’s third largest city and beyond, whereas the firm support and sleek lines of the Indoor and Clyde can take you with ease throughout a night full of Italian mischief.
The first chapter of PUMA’s Made-in-Italy collection debuts on July 27, with the second drop arriving on August 3 and the finale on October 19. Look for the collection to land in select retailers.
