PUMA Reissue the RS-Computer Shoe
are set to reissue their idiosyncratic retro: the .
Modelled on their 1986 classic, the Computer Shoe stored running data in a computer chip located in the heel (which could be plugged in to a computer to flex on your running rivals). With an aesthetic torn straight from the early analogue tech that defined the 1980s, PUMA’s updated version installs new Bluetooth tech that connects wirelessly to your phone. The heel also contains a miniature three-axis accelerometer, LED indicators, and a rechargeable lithium-polymer battery.
You’ll have to be quick on these, only 86 pairs will drop worldwide.
Keep an eye on PUMA stores in Tokyo, London and Berlin for a December 13 release.
