PUMA's Latest Palace Guard Pays Tribute to Detroit's 'Bad Boys'
The OG Palace Guard marked its return with a classic , and now the Big Cat are set pay tribute to the franchise’s most infamous era.
Dubbed the ‘Bad Boys’, the latest iteration nods to the moniker of battle-hardened Pistons team of the late 80s and early 90s. Spearheaded by the likes of Rick Mahorn, Isiah Thomas and , the ‘Bad Boys’ carved out a reputation for being the toughest team in the league, winning back-to-back championships in 1989 and 1990.

Wearing a tri-colour look with black, white and orange, the sneaker is stamped with a skull and crossbones motif — the original logo of the Bad Boys. Trinomic cushioning technology, a polyurethane midsole, and a moulded sockliner headline the performance perks.
