Recycled Materials Reach the adidas UltraBOOST DNA 5.0
Sustainability within the sneaker world has reached new heights in recent years, with brands actively striving to go green. One of the industry leaders has been , and their latest has been constructed using recycled materials.
Dubbed the ‘Nature Lab’, this pair is said to be a women’s-exclusive colourway. The upper has been composed using a mix of ‘Cloud White’ and ‘Scarlet’, with subtle hints of orange. The BOOST midsole down below is the usual white, while the outsole boasts a complementary gum hue. From the information we’ve received, the material used for most of the upper will be Primeknit woven in an intricate pattern with the cage on both sides crafted using a recycled material.
The women’s-exclusive adidas UltraBOOST DNA 5.0 ‘Nature Lab’ has allegedly already released at select Three Stripes retailers in a few countries. No word on a wider release has surfaced just yet, but we’ll keep you updated.
