Another Aliens, Another Reebok: Introducing the Alien Romulus

One of the most , the Alien Stomper is forever etched in minds as an 80s icon. Despite claiming the sneakers wouldn’t be released until the film’s time of 2136, the Bok ended up releasing a faithful in 2016. Now with the standalone interquel Aliens: Romulus releasing this week, Reebok are only making fans wait less than two weeks before dropping the sneaker star of the blockbuster film.

The Reebok Romulus model takes on a very similar vibe to Sigourney Weaver’s OG, albeit in a mid-cut compared to Weaver’s shin huggers. The white leather base is accented with red stripes, laces, and ankle straps, and a dark grey comes in on the ankle and heel counters. Unlike the other releases, this pair comes post alien battles, with all the distress you’d expect to see from an intergalactic adventure (although, you do get both left and right shoes). The sneakers are worn by the characters on-screen and host a special easter egg, with the Weyland-Yutani logo hitting the heel.

The Reebok Romulus is set to drop on August 27 via Reebok for $170. The Reebok Alien Stomper was limited to 500 pairs in 2016, but there’s no mention of limit mentioned on this one. Hit the link below to cop on the day.
