This Reebok Question Low Sets the ‘Blueprint’
After reviving the Low in 2020, are continuing to stream in new variations of the popular basketball shoe. Previous releases have been OG reissues, PE editions made GR, plus quite a few colabs, but this upcoming release draws from a more conceptual place. That explains its all-blue finish.
Dubbed the ‘Blueprint’, this theme is based on laying down a new template of basketball and street style, something aided massively by the impact of the Question. To express this idea in a literal way, the entire shoe is made in blue nubuck. Even the signature contrast toecap ditches its usual patent leather or suede surface for finer finish. Other elements including the tongue, laces and loops are tonally matched to the same blue.
This is a similar case underfoot. The midsole is blue, and the Hexalite windows are rendered in a tonal shade too. Even the outsole, usually iced out, is this time offered in solid rubber that is, of course, also blue. The only contrast on this entire shoe is the white embroidered Reebok vector logos on the sides, tongue and heel tab.
The Question Low ‘Blueprint’ will be available directly from Reebok on May 20.
