Reebok are only ramping up the renditions of their popular Question Mid, this time serving up an aged edition dubbed the ‘Vintage Red Toe’. Inspired by the model’s most classic variants, the slightly weathered detailing makes these Questions look like they’ve been sat in storage for 25 years despite being fresh off the production line.

Questions ain’t Questions without their contrast toe box, and the ‘Vintage Red Toe’ is just that. This detail can be loosely attributed to the OG editions, but the similarities stop there. The clay-like colour adds rich warmth to the stark white upper via the toe cap, heel tab and lace loops. It also appears on the Hexalite windows in the midsole. This area is where the interesting parts go down: the clear outsole is rendered in foggy yellow instead of crisp blue ice, referencing what happens to this type of tread after a long time. Thankfully, the faux effect means the bottoms are still sticky and will grip the hardwood instead of the usual slip n’ slide associated with dried-out rubber.

The Reebok Question Mid ‘Vintage Red Toe’ arrives at Foot Locker on May 5 before a wider release via Reebok later down the line.
