Wine and Dine in the Reebok ‘Valentine’s Day’ Pack
was basically invented to sell greeting cards. A much better material gift to give and/or receive on February 14 is sneakers, duh. are replacing the cherries, chocolate and red wine with their own footwear interpretation of the edible romantic items.
The ‘Valentine’s Day’ pack consists of the , and BB 4000 II, corresponding to cherries, chocolate and red wine respectively. Starting with the CLs: a two-tone mix of rich red and tan on the upper is interspersed with tonal brown velvet and a tasty gum sole. Its embroidered brand name also uses a more cursive font. The Pump Omni Zone IIs are browned out in ganache suede and feature some cherry dips on the outsole. Even its Pump tongue button is brown – . The BB 4000 II has the most going on texturally: perforated and plain suede and velvet show up on the throwback style, leaving plenty of room for a slightly chunky midsole to appear in tan. Each pair calls out its food inspiration in little woven tags behind the tongue with a playful nod.
