Release Date: The Nike LeBron 19 'Bred'
and his Los Angeles Lakers are ready to begin the quest towards the franchise's 18th championship when the 2021-22 season kicks off at the tail end of October. Of course, the King will be taking the court in some new kicks as well, specifically the – and one of the LeBron 19's first colourways will be a familiar 'Bred' makeup.
Crafted by LeBron's long-time cohort Jason Petrie, the LeBron 19 offers a fused mesh upper with striking plastic overlays that display everything from LeBron's signature to a crown graphic and special Swooshes. As is par for the course on a 'Bred' sneaker, this assemblage is done up in stark black with rich red accents.
Down below, a hybrid cushioning setup combines Air Max in the heel with Zoom Air in the forefoot to provide the blend of impact protection and responsiveness LeBron needs for his still-explosive style of play. If you look closely, you'll even spot special text hits like 'Long Live the King' on the medial midsole and LeBron's personal 'Strive for Greatness' motto on the tongue.
The Nike LeBron 19 'Bred' is scheduled for an October 22 release date via the Nike webstore and Nike Basketball stockists. They'll be priced at $200.
