Revered Japanese streetwear brand have collaborated with before on a number of silhouettes. Coming very soon is a and , both dressed predominately in black.
The Jack Purcell’s suede uppers are suitably premium for this high-calibre collaboration, offset by white midsole foxing leading to the lower toecap and famous ‘smile’ toe. The heel counter is made from supple leather displaying embroidered Japanese kanji that reads ‘teiko’, translating into ‘resistance’. Furthermore, co-branded ‘NBHDCNS’ calls out the collaboration on the midsole wall. For an injection of colour, the herringbone outsole is bright pink.
The Chuck 70 High follows a similar execution, except the canvas upper is shrouded by a forefoot strap reminiscent of motorcycling boots. The outsole is teal.
This new collaboration will be joined by matching apparel, and will see a limited global release on August 24.
