Revealed: Up There x Saucony Shadow 6000 ‘Doors to the World’
Australian sneaker purveyors are jumping back into the collaborative pool, unveiling their sophomore project: the ‘Doors to the World’.
A follow up to 2018’s Japanese textile-wrapped GRID 8000 ‘Sashiko’, their latest link-up also has international inspirations. Channelling their wanderlust, the crew over at Up There invoke European architecture with a top-notch combo of olive green wolverine suede, iridescent pink leather, and gum sole that takes cues from the doors and tiles seen on their travels.
In terms of construction, there’s everything you’d expect from Saucony. The Shadow 6000 brings early 90s retro style and Ionic cushioning for next-level comfort. Passport-stamp branding graces the tongue and insole for another thematic touch.
Adding a final flourish, the premo sneaks come with four sets of laces, a premium mesh shoe bag, and passport-inspired tissue paper.
The Up There x Saucony 6000 ‘Doors to the World’ will drop exclusively at on June 4, but keep your eyes out for a wider release.
