Run Wild in the visvim Roland Lhamo Jogger
The is the Japanese label’s take on retro runners with an ultra-premium and ultra-expensive suede finish. Not content with the relatively conventional design, they’ve added some exotic ankle flaps more reminiscent of their famous FBT design. And somehow, the left-field modification looks pretty good.
Maybe it’s because vis have kept the colourways simple. White mesh breaks up tonal suede, while those big flaps look particularly supple to touch – and it looks like they’re removable too, if it’s too extreme of a departure from the standard Roland configuration. It’s overall the very definition of a luxury runner: nice materials and design – but probably not the best to actually jog in.
A handful of nice colourways are available now , but be prepared to cough up the cash.
