SBTG x Limited Edt Add ASICS GEL-KAYANO 14 to ‘Monsoon Patrol’ Series

Sneaker artist aka Mr. Sabotage and retailer are two Singaporean sneakersphere heavyweights and frequent collaborators who have once again linked with to continue their long-running ‘Monsoon Patrol’ series. This collection, which began in 2018, has so far used the silhouette and focuses on the idea of braving the wet Singapore weather. Next up, this trio are adding a more technical model to their catalogue, decking out the in a rugged build.

Two colourways have landed, and they follow the functional aesthetic that has been seen on their previous collaborations. The upper has been decked out in a full-mesh base layer and fixed with leather overlays – a nice touch for the KAYANO 14. Elsewhere, a mudguard has been created using a silicone coat that’s reminiscent of first ASICS collaboration. Adding to the military spec vibes, a ‘Monsoon Patrol’-branded lace shroud has been added, with army-inspired graphic details on the rear heel.

The SBTG x Limited Edt x ASICS GEL-KAYANO 14 has already launched on Mr. Sabotage’s webstore, with a release via the ASICS channel coming on June 16.
