Milwaukee’s Finest: Shake James Honours 414 Day With adidas Forum Low

Milwaukee's own Eric ‘Shake’ James, founder of the boutique CLICKS, has partnered with to honour the city's annual 414 Day – a celebration named after Milwaukee's area code. This collaboration introduces two exclusive colourways of the adidas Low, each deeply rooted in the city's heritage and culture.

The first colourway features a blue and yellow palette inspired by Milwaukee's ‘People's Flag’, symbolising the city's progressive spirit. The second pair showcases a grey base with blue and red stripes, paying homage to Milwaukee's original 1950s flag. Both designs incorporate wave patterns on the tongues, representing the city's proximity to Lake Michigan, and cheese-themed graphics on the tongue tags– a playful nod to Wisconsin's renowned dairy industry. Beyond the footwear, this collaboration emphasises community involvement. On April 11, a Sneaker Design Workshop will be held for 140 students from Milwaukee College Prep, supported by adidas Cornerstone Community and Wood U. The official launch event on April 12 at CLICKS' flagship store will feature live sneaker customisation, complimentary food, and a live broadcast from Milwaukee's 101.7 Radio Station. Renowned streetwear designer Alexander John will also be present for a meet-and-greet session.

The limited-edition sneakers are set to release on April 12, 2025, exclusively through CLICKS, both in-store and online at clickskicks.net. The blue colourway is limited to 800 pairs, while the grey version is even more exclusive, with only 200 pairs available. Each pair is priced at $134.14, a tribute to Milwaukee's 414 area code.
