Sivasdescalzo Support Barcelona Creative Scene with SVD x adidas Forum 84 Hi
Sivasdescalzo, better known as SVD, are helping out their native Barcelona community with their upcoming collaboration on the recently revived 84 Hi. Only available via a donation raffle, proceeds from SVD’s fundraiser will go entirely towards The Voodoo Dance Club, an initiative aiming to construct a physical space for Barcelona-based dancers and creatives, with ongoing financial and technical support.
This colab is pretty, pretty fresh, and taps into the boogie nights of mid-80s Brooklyn, where Forums definitely would have been a frequent sighting on the dancefloor thanks to its bodacious high-top cut and crispy white leather build. Which is what SVD replicate here, unsealing the time capsule with lightly weathered uppers, deep navy accents, and subtle SVD branding on the ankle strap window and heel tab. Just the right amount of faux patina and gentle yellowing helps these Forums look period correct, as does the premium leather spec. Blue velvet shoe bags also definitely up the throwback look.
