are made to be thrashed – or in other words, it’s fine to get them a little FUCT up. And the California-based skate brand have done just that with their latest colab, as they’ve linked with retailer and lauded LA brand for a new collection. The latest instalment of Vans and Slam Jam’s exploration of counter-culture, the three-way partnership sees FUCT put their spin on five colourways.

Here, Erik Brunetti’s Friends U Can’t Trust have applied their signature attitude to two styles, which include the Vans LX Reissue 36 and the Vans LX Reissue 44. Across each of the colourways, the styles boast all three labels' key branding hits, which include Slam Jam’s ‘Chaos Is Order’ mantra foxing print, FUCT heel counter labels and internal ‘Steal This Shoe’ tag. FUCT’s logo also serves as the focal point of the sidewall print, while all three brands stamp their name on the insoles.

The collaboration is highlighted in a campaign led by FUCT’s usual unapologetic creative direction, which will no doubt inform the vibe of the MFW event. While those details are still under wraps, the sneakers’ release date has been revealed. Pairs will launch on September 13 on FUCT.com, with a release to follow on September 19 via Slam Jam and Vans.
