Update December 5, 2022: Release details have finally surfaced for Slam Jam’s duo of Nike Air Force 1s. The ‘Triple White’ colourway is set to arrive at Slam Jam on December 10, followed by a launch on SNKRS Europe on December 13. The ‘Triple Black’ pair will release on January 14 at Slam Jam, followed by a global release via SNRKS on January 17.

Milanese agency and retailer is no stranger to collaborations and has had the chance to re-work some of Nike’s most prized silhouettes, from the Dunk High to the Blazer, now serving up an SP.

‘Heads will know the SP suffix denotes ‘special,’ and in this case, it’s no exaggeration.

From a distance, the Air Forces might look like a general release, especially given the all-black and all-white make-ups. But once you get up close, the attention to detail is abundantly clear.

From the upside-down logo on the heel to the unique perforations on the toe representing Slam Jam’s (UN)CORPORATE UNIFORMS division to the OG deubré shape, this is a collaboration that gets better the longer you look, and one that is truly rich with details.
