A Secret Society Inspired the Sneakers76 x PUMA Blaze of Glory

Founded in 2006, Sneakers76 is the retailer at the heart of the Italian sneaker scene in Taranto! Now, they’re set to join up with PUMA once again, crafting another Blaze of Glory dubbed ‘Kriptòs’. This won’t be the pair’s first endeavour – they joined forces back in 2016 to create another BOG called ‘The Legend of the Dolphin’ to celebrate their 10th anniversary.

The ‘Kriptòs’ looks to honour the long history of the Blaze of Glory silhouette, which has been injected with PUMA’s patented TRINOMIC tech and unique lacing system. Sneakers76 has been inspired by an imaginary and mysterious secret society for this colab, constructing the upper with full leather, plus the usual perforations and secret messaging hidden throughout. The colourway references an old postcard of their home city of Taranto, exuding a vintage feel thanks to the slightly yellowed midsole.

Looking to cop the Sneakers76 x PUMA Blaze of Glory ‘Kriptòs’? Pairs will be dropping exclusively via their brick-and-mortar on December 18, with a raffle through their webstore on December 19.
