SuperFabric x New Balance 997 and 998 are Tough as They Come

aren’t strangers to uber-tough materials such as and , and now they’re dabbling with the cut- and abrasion-resistant SuperFabric in the 997 and 998.

Both models are Made in USA, and built with pigskin suede and leather. The aforementioned SuperFabric nylon is used for the underlays at the midfoot, tongue and collar. Other familiar features include embroidered tongue branding, ENCAP and ABZORB midsoles, and rubber outsoles. Meanwhile, the colour schemes reflect the rugged builds, as the 997 makes use of an all-over olive, and the 998 opts for sandy tan.
