Swarovski's Iced-Out Nike Air Max Pluses Launch Soon

The has seen plenty of renditions over its 26-year history, but its latest stands out as a jewel in its lineage. As Nike continue their longstanding partnership with Austrian crystal brand, Swarovski – which has seen the jewellers previously work on the and  – the Tuned-up silhouette is the latest model to get the iced-out treatment, with two colourways of the Swarovski x Nike Air Max Plus hitting the shelves very soon.

A relatively minimalistic ‘Moonlight’ colourway was the first iteration to emerge, as it was revealed as a Foot Locker exclusive. Boasting a stealthy ‘Triple Black’ base, the details shine in the form of crystal-studded wavy details where the palm tree-inspired caging would normally be. The second version to surface pays tribute to an OG, as the spicy ‘Pimento’ boasts the same gradient-style stripes as the 1998 ‘Orange Tiger’ and similar ‘Sunset’ colourway, although this time the precious stones adorn the upper underlay, while the TPU caging stretches upwards in black.

Foot Locker have already revealed a drop date for the ‘Moonlight’ pair, as they showcased the colourway in a campaign with Detroit Wings Guard Arike Ogunbowale. That pair will touch down on December 5 and will retail for $450. The ‘Pimento’ edition will retail for $100 more at $550 sneaker. Alongside the Foot Locker release, both iterations will also land on SNKRS on December 5. Stay tuned for confirmation as it comes in!
