The adidas Yeezy 700 V3 ‘Safflower’ is Here to Brighten Your Day
First revealed in a Twitter post back in 2018, the continues to be one of the more polarising silhouettes within the sneaker community. Picking up steam after a video was shared of Kanye West hand-gifting a pair to DJ Khaled, the third iteration of Kanye’s industry-defining dad shoe is equal parts extra-terrestrial and vintage basketball.
Officially arriving in December 2019, the Yeezy 700 V3 is still craning necks a year later in 2020.
With a gargantuan midsole nearly double the size of previous 700 models, engineered mesh base, and RPU cage overlays, the 700 V3 makes a significant break from previous iterations. Most notably, the silhouette replaces the classic BOOST cushioning with EVA foam.
The latest 700 V3 colourway to arrive is the ‘Safflower’ design, the warm-weather palette featuring sunny yellow Primeknit.
The Yeezy 700 V3 ‘Safflower’ is scheduled to land on November 7 for $200.
