The END. x adidas Collection Bridges the Gap
British retailer have unveiled their ‘Three Bridges’ 15th anniversary collection with . The dynamic duo have put together a carefully thought-out capsule that pays homage to both END.’s flagship cities and British terrace culture.
The ‘Three Bridges’ title is inspired by the fact END.’s three retail outlets are located in cities associated with famous rivers crossed by iconic bridges – Tyne Bridge in Newcastle, Tower Bridge in London, and Clyde Arc in Glasgow. Each of these bridges has been awarded a classic adidas Originals silhouette.
Glasgow dresses the Topanga in premium blue suede with green accents atop a gum rubber sole, London chooses a tri-colour version of the 80s ‘New York’ textile runner, and END.’s hometown of Newcastle goes all-out by rebranding the CLMBA as ‘The Grainger’ after the store’s location. An especially cool touch on the premium white nubuck Grainger is the interchangeable midsole plugs that now spell out the retailer’s name. An apparel and accessories collection will drop alongside the shoes on March 14.
