The Jordan Centre Court Butters Up a Black and White Colourway
The is preparing to release in a clean black and white colourway, roughly one year on from the arrival of its initial pairs. Of course, the low-cut casual model was first spotted on the feet of himself in 2020 by keen observers of ESPN’s wildly successful The Last Dance. Following that debut on the documentary series that chronicled the GOAT’s NBA career with the rampaging Chicago Bulls, fans had to last year for the public drop.
Since then, we’ve seen more releases, including some that hit shelves last month, and a striking combo that sported perforations all over its upper. This offering ditches the dots, and instead features clean black tumbled leather across the upper, while suede hits the tongues and heels like it has on some of the other releases so far. Down below, a stark white sole unit delivers clear contrast, making this the kind of sneaker that could be easily dressed up or down.
Pairs of this black and white rendition of the Centre Court are expected to hit Nike and selected Jumpman stockists in the coming weeks.
