The New Balance 990v3 Prepares a Neat Trio of Colourways

The  New Balance  990v3 has prepared a neat trio of colourways for later this year, unveiled in official pics with the choice of either black, red or navy. This quality collection of colourways is sure to keep the spotlight on the 990 series ahead of the OG’s 40th anniversary next year.

The trio continues the impressive momentum building behind the New Balance 990v3, which is enjoying some very strong form in 2021. There’s been a growing cast of collaborative heavy-hitters such as Bodega,  Levi’s,  Joe Freshgoods and  Kith, plus plenty of GR heat being applied to the silhouette – including this commemorative edition. In fact, the 990v3 has been such a strong performer in 2021 that its colab with Joe Freshgoods graced the cover of Issue 45 of  Sneaker Freaker magazine!

One of the best kept secrets in the sneakersphere, the 990v3 remains a darling of NB’s royal 99X series, despite the indelible catalogue being more recently dominated by the steady stream of 990v5 arrivals.
