The Nike Air Force 1 Continues With the Golden Embroidery
Following a similar version that earlier this week, the has emerged in yet another colourway that’s punctuated by golden embroidery. In fact, the colour-blocking is pretty much identical to that earlier rendition, except light grey takes the place of black on the side Swooshes, heel tabs, and tongue badges. The rest of the design arrives in white, before golden embroidery hits key branding points on the heel tabs, tongue badges, and lateral mudguard mini Swooshes. While the final golden touch lands on the shiny lace dubraes.
After boldly shaking up the scene when it debuted on the hardwood way back in 1982, the Air Force 1 gradually transcended its basketball roots to become a timeless lifestyle model. It was the first ever basketball shoe to feature Nike’s Air technology, and remains a prominent member of the sneaker zeitgeist almost 40 after its initial release. The AF-1 is treated by many with a level of treasured reverence that most sneakers could only dream of – frequently delivering both collaborative and GR heat well into the 21st century.
Pairs of this Nike Air Force 1 with the Midas touch are expected to land soon at Nike and selected Swoosh stockists.
